Account

  • You can register by clicking on the "Login" icon on our website and following the steps to create an account. While registration is optional, it allows you to check out faster and easily track your orders.

Orders & Payments

  • We accept payments via PayPal, major credit cards, and other secure online payment methods.

  • If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please check that the email address entered during checkout is correct. If everything is correct, check your spam folder. For further assistance, contact our customer service at info@howtobenina.it

  • You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is processed by the DHL carrier. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

  • No, once confirmed, orders cannot be merged. Our system automatically generates a shipping label for each order. If the goods have not yet been shipped, you can contact our Customer Care to request modifications to certain shipping details. However, it will not be possible to combine two shipments.

Shipping

  • In Italy and Europe, delivery takes 1-3 business days from the date the order is handed over to DHL. For the rest of the world, delivery takes between 1-5 business days, excluding potential customs delays.

  • Shipping costs are: €12 for Italy, €39 for CEE countries, and €49 to €59 for non-CEE countries. Any promotional changes to shipping costs will be communicated through all BE NINA channels.

  • If the package is damaged, you can refuse delivery or sign with reservation. You must take photos of the package before and after opening and contact DHL as well as our Customer Care (info@howtobenina.it) to report the issue.

  • No, once the order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes. However, you can contact DHL to request any address modifications.

Returns

  • You can return items within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and have all tags attached. Exceptions include items such as underwear and socks, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Please visit the 'Contact' section to download the return form. Once completed, including the item you wish to return, kindly submit it to info@howtobenina.it for approval. Please specify whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The fee is €7.90 for Italy, €19.90 for CEE countries, and €29.90 for non-CEE countries, plus any applicable customs import fees. These amounts will be deducted from the final refund.

  • No, we provide a prepaid return label via DHL, which must be used to return the item. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.

  • In this case, we will not issue a refund. The customer can choose to have the item sent back at their own expense.

Refunds

  • The refund is issued within 5 days of receiving the return. The time it takes to appear on your credit card or PayPal account depends on your bank’s processing time.

  • You will be refunded for the returned items, minus shipping costs (even for promotional free shipping) and any additional fees, such as storage charges.

  • If the package is not collected within 5 business days from the courier’s drop-off, the order will be canceled, and you will be charged for both shipping and return costs.
